“Working with SOS Group has been an absolute lifeline for Feeding Families over the past three years. We’re a charity that relies on the kindness and generosity of others, and the incredible support we’ve received from SOS Group has become an integral part of our operation allowing us to focus our time on supporting people in need across the North East.
Our partnership goes so much deeper than simply a supplier-client relationship. They’ve provided us with a state-of-the-art Lexmark photocopier, printer, and scanner on a completely free rental basis for nearly three years now. The device is a workhorse—reliable and efficient—and we’ve had no issues at all.
The technical support we receive from Andrew and his team is truly second to none. Whenever we’ve needed a helping hand, whether remotely or on-site, they have been there for us, always in a timely and friendly manner. Recently, we received a few charges for remote service, and as a truly incredible gesture of goodwill, Andrew has arranged a full refund. This is an act of genuine partnership, and it means the world to us. They even proactively offered to send an engineer to default all our printers to black and white to help us limit our costs.
Andrew’s dedication goes far beyond the equipment. Over the past three years, SOS Group has been a vital part of our Christmas projects, providing transport, additional support, and even staff to help us deliver food to families in need. Andrew has also gone out of his way to offer to connect us with other organisations, like Newcastle Eagles, to help promote our charity and has offered to provide basketball tickets for our amazing volunteers as a small thank you for all they do.
