Day Webster have seen a reduction in cost and a vast improvement on customer service since moving over to SOS Group.
“I have been using SOS Group for printer solutions for over 10 years now. Andrew and his team always go above and beyond to help. SOS have helped Day Webster with a fantastic solution for the business, our current fleet of printers were coming to end of life and our printing costs were high. Andrew came to visit the office and had a look at what our current printing solution was and noticed that most of the items we were printing were in colour however the only item that was colour was the Day Webster logo in the top right hand corner. SOS advised us to purchase a Kyocera 6052ci which can do tiered printing, so you only pay for colour that you use and not for the whole page this reduced our costs by 50%. Service calls are outstanding we have even had engineers turn up at the office before anybody has even logged a call as SOS get error logs sent to them direct from the printer. We have also had random visits from engineers just to pop in and service the printers and give them a clean. We have our entire fleet of printers with SOS and have not had a single problem with the business they don’t just sell you a contract and then you never hear from them they really do make an effort and genuinely look after you. I highly recommend SOS and I will continue to use them and Andrew in the future.”
