As a national company based in Newcastle upon Tyne we are looking for a professional Account Manager to join our established team at Head Office. The company boasts clients throughout the UK along with a diverse range of products and services. The role offers great earning potential, with uncapped OTE, and excellent prospects for career progression.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in account management, client services, business development or sales within the managed print services sector.

The role will require you to;

  • Act as the main point of customer contact for all print customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Deal with customer queries and projects
  • Monitor and maximise client spend
  • Monitor service delivery, project progression and resolve any issues
  • Identify opportunities to grow business, upselling and cross selling
  • Be a real go getter with a can do attitude for new business
  • Interpret customer product briefs and printing requirements
  • Identify print item specifications and determine the most effective method of production
  • Work with colleagues to provide cover and maintain service levels
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction (internal and external)
  • Deliver on agreed Service Level Agreements and KPI commitments
  • Attend relevant team meetings and training as required

Account Manager person specification

  • Experience in account management, client services, business development or sales
  • Knowledge of managed print services
  • Strong relationships building skills
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Self-motivated and target orientated
  • Full UK Driving Licence
